My Review
It’s been a while since I’ve read a book by either of these ladies. I forgot just how much I love them both! This was a quick, fun, sexy read. It had the perfect amount of gamesmanship, passion, sweetness, and angst.
I loved both Wes and Natalie. At first, I was surprised by how much I felt sorry for Wes. He seemed so devastated by his losing a sell and the undo stress Natalie put on him. But I quickly learned that she was just as tortured by him. It would appear that these two have been playing this game since they were in elementary school. How else is your best friend’s little sister supposed to get your attention? Natalie made it her life’s mission to always try to one-up Wes. I love this about her! She’s strong, driven, and sexy as hell. There’s no one better to bring Wes to his knees, literally. I so loved their journey to HEA. I’m glad their relationship evolved as it did and that the angst was kept to the bare minimum.
